Yummy Bran muffins!

It's a lazy day. Ava's home with me (she's got a cold) and I've just finished making a batch of these too good muffins. They are easy! And packed with nutrients.

Mix together:
1 & 1/2 cup of Bran Wheat
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

In a smaller bowl mix together:
1 cup maple syrup yogurt
1/2 cup of canola oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of honey

Then combine both gently.
Garnish with milled or natural flax seed or even oats.

Pop in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

Sooooo delicious! Already scarfed down 2!

Whip up a batch and enjoy them on your way to work or as a perfect morning snack!
